It was about 21° outside and close to that inside too. It was like that for 3 days. I finally decided to call a heat and air company. The first company to pop up was 2BCool. I called and talked to a very polite young man. He said he didn't work on this kind of heater. Before our conversation was over he said he would come take a look at it. He and another young man showed up within 10 minutes. I was impressed! He cleaned off a couple of orifices and ignited the pilot light that wasn't staying lit. It stayed lit. Halelujah! I had told him that I couldn't pay him until I got my check. He said that was fine. So, I called him on the day that I told him I would to ask how much I owed him. I was flabbergasted when he said Merry Christmas, you don't owe me anything! I felt so blessed. May God bless you abundantly every day young man! Thank you straight from my heart.
We had Brad complete a botched installation by another contractor. He was able to quickly re do everything correctly! Can't recommend them high enough!
