My heater went out on Christmas day, I didn't know until I got home. I called Bee-Line early on Monday and they got back to me the same day letting me know they would get me scheduled asap, they were able to get here on Wednesday and Patrick was quick and professional. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix right then, he also told me that my blower needed replaced as soon as I could and gave me an estimate.
I had my water heater and heat went out a week apart. Beeline sent out repair men for each extremely quickly and worked efficiently to get the repair done. Technicians were great, knowledgeable, and friendly.
