Let me tell you this man had trucks piled up and plenty of work but, he stop to help me out. I truly appreciate him and have the upmost respect for him. He is a true master mechanic and he know what he is doing at all times. I would do business with him anytime and anywhere. He is very honest and very fair with his prices. I would rank him best shop in Meridian or anywhere in the state of Mississippi and it's hard to find a shop where the owner is honest / personally hands on. Finally a mechanic that knows his stuff, Daniel and his assistant were amazing . It was a few other shops around me , but something about our conversation I wanted to make my way to his shop. Had us in and out quick , even pointed out issues with the last work I had done. I hate people touching my baby, but I will definitely swing back and get services done on my truck. Took my truck to the shop for an engine overhaul months ago Daniel got me worked up and going. He’s an awesome guy, he really has the knowledge and skill set to be a diesel technician . He’s a hardworking man and I really appreciate Daniel. I also thank John to for working on my bulldozer, he put brand new clutches in my dozer and a brand new fuel tank. Big Ben is an awesome mechanic, very well respectful and does a great job turning ratchets! Dixon Tech is an amazing place to be!

My wife and I were on the side of interstate 20 in our 37 ft freight liner Rv for 26 hours We had lost coolant on Sunday and couldn’t find any shop open that even wanted to look at it. Monday morning by the grace of God. Daniel was the first to answer the phone. We got towed in and that evening we were pulling out. He handled the warranty company. Let us stay in the Rv while he was doing his thing. The hospitality, service, honest and integrity was far surpassed of 90 percent of any shop I have worked in or had work done. If I’m ever in the area I will stop just to have him look over our Rv.
