Tom and the crew here have always been amazing. With my dad gone I worry so much about my mom especially around the things my dad always took care of. Not only where they honest about her not needing the oil change yet, Tom made sure she knew it was time for new tires. Truly the most respectful and helpful team.
I want to thank Finch Lube and Car Care for taking care of me. I tested my radiator fluid with my tester(not a good one apparently) at home and with that test, I thought I needed a radiator flush. When I took it in, they tested it and then told me that the radiator fluid was actually very good and sent me on my way. I appreciate their honesty, and their fast service. My first time there I will not hesitate to go there again.
My family, friends & myself take our vehicles to Finch Lube & Car Care & have for years. Great customer service, nice, knowledgeable employees, quick & affordable. Never had a bad experience.
Finch was busy, but the wait wasn't long. They did a great job and didn't try to upsell our air filter. (We asked them to check the air filter and they said it was fine)
daughter in to have her transmission fluid level checked (sealed unit, either has to go up, or get at it from a trench. Had a long wait as they were very busy. ........BUT........ I won't say what they charged her, but it was less than a Big Mac, and that included the fluid to top off. Daughter said that it was a very good experience for her (newish driver). WHO DOES THAT? WHERE CAN YOU FIND GOOD, HONEST, HELPFUL SERVICE WITHOUT SPENDING AN ARM AND A LEG ANYMORE?????
