I had him put new heel caps, clean and give my Lucchese boots a good polish. The boots were picked up the day he said they would be done. I was very happy with the service I received.
So I actually didn’t even end up having work done by this gentleman the first time because he was honest. First time I brought in shoes he simply told me the mid soul is too far gone, and then he can’t replace them. He told me I can try and glue and you might get another six months out of it, but in his opinion, it wasn’t worth the money and then I should buy new shoes. I appreciate the honesty so I went back another time and he did a great repair. Moral of the story he’s honest and he’s not gonna lie to you, he also does phenomenal work. Put those two together. I’ll be here as long as this man has the shop.

If you need an experienced cobbler to fix your favorite pair of shoes go no father. Will take the time to look and see if they can be repaired and will give you the honest truth whether or not they can and then address the cost. I was upset that a pair of my favorite timberland’s could not be resoled but was happy he was honest with me about it rather than offering a fix that wouldn’t last.
I’m using this shop from time time. The old man does excellent job. Very happy with it.
