This service center is just great. My car had a complex electrical problem. They not only found the problem, but their pricing was reasonable. Ed and Ray kept me up to every step of the way. These guys were knowledgeable, very respectful and professional. They do all types of work. I have already highly recommended Ideal Auto to my friends and neighbors. No matter what the issue is they can handle it. I trust these guys as well. The are very honest and only do repairs needed. I'm so happy I found this shop they are truly the best in the area. Excellent service from start to finish. My rims came out looking amazing, even better than I expected. Always always always first class professional service. Starts with the owner and is evident in all of his employees. They are Not a pushy or up sales type of business. Will always be upfront and honest with what you need. And the prices are very reasonable. I've been going here for about five years or so and I never regret going to them. Great experience, went in on Wednesday afternoon and had an appointment for 730 the next morning to replace a hub/wheel bearing that was starting to squeak. Very reasonably priced from what I have experienced in Minnesota. Saved our trip going to Orlando from MN.

1/8/25 - Today we were greeted by Rodney and Ray in the cool air conditioned waiting room. Rodney and Ray were both attentive and patient with addressing our concerns. Ray helped us out very quickly by checking our breaks and discussing treatment options. He drove the car and professionally looked at the car from all perspectives. There were no hidden costs, Ray was transparent with the pricing, and we. felt as if we were getting a 100% honest opinion. This is a great establishment and I look forward to returning again for my car repair/service needs!
