These guys did a great job after I had another plumber mess up a tankless water heater installation. They came out the day I called. The following morning, they were here as agreed and removed the previous mess and installed everything cleanly and correctly and in 5 hrs time! Shannon and Cristian were clean, professional and polite!! I would highly recommend Rapid Rooter and they will be who I call for plumbing needs!!!

The team came by very promptly to fix an emergency leak in my laundry room while I was stuck out of town. It was Good Friday and they still came to the rescue within 30 mins of being contacted. They were courteous and very professional. They took care of everything swiftly and effectively, saving me a considerable amount of stress.

Dominic came and got right to business with our plumbing issue. He was open as well as communicative about what he was working on and what the solution to the problem was. He was very kind and punctual about the work he does and I appreciate the time and effort he put in to make things right in our household. Shout out Dominic for being a helping hand!!! I definitely recommend Rapid Rooter for all your plumbing needs! Hopefully, if we ever have any issues we can get Dom or someone from his team to come out again. Wouldn’t want it any other way!

Unexpected issues in a new rental property had us in some bad shape over the weekend. Christian and Gage came out Saturday morning, fixed The clog quickly and explained potential problems or causes, and we were all cleared up within 20 minutes.

They were friendly and professional and I hope I don't need their services anytime soon but they'd be my first call.
