Amazing service! The best in South Florida. I was hesitant at first and started by testing the waters with small things like regluing the shoe lining. Over time, I graduated to complete sole replacements for two pairs of my most precious shoes — and they turned out perfect! The front desk lady is incredibly sweet; I always feel welcomed there. Last time, she even reglued the insoles of another pair of my sandals for free! I’m now a loyal customer and swear by this repair place.
This is by far the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They greet you with a smile and have your job ready on time when expected. Having shoe repair and alteration in a nice clean and professionally run establishment is a pleasure. Prices are fair and work is excellent. Applause!
What an amazing service experience. I dropped off my broken boots and Nikki ( The woman behind the counter ) was just so sweet. She asked me when I needed them back by and I told her I had a date tomorrow night and she said she would be happy to get the boots back to me ASAP. I mean, you just don’t get service like that anymore. I highly recommend. Not to mention the boots repair came out amazing!
This is the first review I've ever written for a business! I used Shoe Repair and Beyond to clean or refurbish several handbags when I lived in south Florida and was thrilled with the results. I've since moved out of state and now I ship bags back to them. It's worth it!!! I haven't bought a new bag in years. The pic shows my latest before and after. I love working with them and appreciate that they discuss how much I want cleaned, repaired, or replaced before they start working.

What an incredible place! I came in with a broken zipper on my designer handbag and Barbie helped me and fixed the zipper so quickly. My handbag is now god as new. Highly recommend! Thank you so much Barbie!
